This is a translation for convenience. The French version (Conditions d’utilisation) prevails.

1. The service

My Little Budget is a personal budget tracking web application published by KOOMY. It helps you record your accounts, income, expenses, envelopes, due payments and debts, and see what you are really free to spend until your next payday.

The app is free for everyone, with no time limit and no credit card required. A paid plan, Plus, may be offered; the first 1,000 accounts get it free for 1 year from sign-up. Its terms of sale will be shown to you before any payment, and nothing will be charged without your consent. Sign-ups may be limited per day or temporarily suspended; an invitation code then lets you sign up. The service may change, be interrupted or shut down; if it shuts down for good, you will be told in advance so you can export your data.

Some illustrations in the app (for example the video on the sign-in screen) are generated by artificial intelligence: they show fictional characters, not users.

2. What the application does not do

• It does not connect to any bank and makes no payments: everything in it is entered by you.
• It gives no advice on investments, credit, insurance or financial products. The companion suggests budget management ideas, for information only; the decisions are yours.
• The figures shown depend on what you have entered. Remember to compare them with your bank from time to time (“Check with my bank”).

3. Your account

• You sign in with your Google account or with a one-time link sent to your email address, with no password; an invitation code is only needed when sign-ups are closed.
• Your account is personal: only enter your own data or data you are entitled to manage.
• You can export your transactions and delete your account at any time from “My account” (see the privacy policy).
• KOOMY may suspend an account in case of abusive or unlawful use.

4. The companion and receipt photo

These features use an artificial intelligence model (Claude, by Anthropic). Their answers may contain errors: nothing is saved without your approval, and you alone decide what you do with them. Their use is limited per day.

5. Liability

KOOMY does its best to keep the application accurate, available and secure, but cannot guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions. KOOMY cannot be held liable for a financial decision made on the basis of the information displayed. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may change as the application evolves. The version date appears at the top of the page; in case of a significant change, you will be informed in the application.

7. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If there is a problem, first write to contact@mylittlebudget.app to look for an amicable solution. Failing that, you can use a consumer mediator free of charge or bring the matter before the competent courts.
